“I need to talk with someone about my account, who do I call?”
Our billing is performed by MSN HealthCare Solutions. Their phone number is 1-800-475-6236.

If you would like an estimate of the cost for our services, please contact us at 208-466-2661 for billing codes. Please contact your insurance provider for an estimate of what they will pay. We contract with many payors.
“Why am I getting a bill from Diagnostic Pathology Services?”
The specimen obtained by your provider was forwarded to our pathologists for interpretation. Our pathologists are board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology and have additional training in many subspecialties.
“How do I get a copy of my report and/or can you explain it to me?”
Please contact your physician or care provider for results. They can supply you with a copy of the report and review the report with you in the context of your clinical history. We recommend that you discuss results with your provider for appropriate follow-up and treatment. If you are unable to obtain a copy of your report from your provider, we can issue one with appropriate authorization and identification. Due to HIPAA regulations, we cannot email or fax results to you, but we can send a copy to your address on record or to your physician’s office. If you need additional assistance regarding reports, please call us at 208-466-2661.
“What if I want a second opinion?”
Have your provider contact our office to request slides be sent to another facility. You can also have the office who is performing the second opinion fax/call us for your case material. Our fax number is 208-258-6290.
